Our take
This 7.5 lb Bowflex is a step up from the 5 lb version, but still quite light for most lifters. The adjustable feature is there, but at this weight it's not really necessary. But for general use, I'd recommend starting with a heavier option. It's a niche product that fits best in a complete Bowflex set.
